    UNION HILL RESIDENTIAL //MORE THAN A FACELIFT

    A dream home realized

    Starting with a modest home on a large lot with a grand view we worked with the existing architecture to completely remodel inside and out. In this residential design we created a grand dream home with a cooks kitchen, master suite, workout gym and shop and integrated enclosed swimming pool. We worked closely with the city to comply with specific regulations required for steep slopes.
