Buffet Design Transformation

The folks at Haiku came to us for naming, branding, and interior design for their new restaurant concept: an upscale sushi & seafood buffet restaurant. The buffet design project involved a complete re-imagining of the old Todaii Buffet in Redmond Town Center. Our goal was to completely transform the space into a modern, elegant, yet cozy and inviting space that speaks of the sea. We chose the name Haiku for its Japanese roots and because sushi is a kind of poetry. The name Haiku is emphasized by original sushi haikus painted on the wall of the foyer. https://haikubuffet.com/
